1. Services We Offer
We provide web design and development services tailored to startups, small businesses, and professionals. Our services may include website design, development, basic SEO, and maintenance, depending on what we’ve agreed with you in writing.
2. Project Scope
Before we begin, we’ll clearly outline the project scope, deliverables, timelines, and expectations. Any extra features or major changes not included in the initial agreement may require additional charges or time.
3. Client Responsibilities
We rely on your cooperation to meet deadlines. That means you’ll need to provide content (such as text and images), feedback, and any other materials we need in a timely manner. Delays in your response can delay the entire project.
4. Payments
All payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before we begin the project. We typically require a deposit before work begins, and the remaining balance on completion based on the project meeting the requirements outlined at the start—not based on personal satisfaction alone. On some other occassions we might not require deposits due to running some promotions, but this will be spelt out and agreed clearly at the begining. Payments are made via secure and approved methods. Late or missed payments may delay delivery or result in a suspension of services.
5. Revisions and Changes
We offer a number of free revisions as part of our design process (as agreed before the project starts). Any requests for major changes or additional work beyond the agreed scope may be charged separately and will require your approval before we proceed.
6. Delivery Timeline
We aim to deliver all projects within the estimated timeline. However, this depends on your timely communication and input. If there are delays on your end (e.g. delayed feedback or content), the timeline will be adjusted accordingly.
7. Ownership and Rights
Once the full payment has been received, you will own the completed website and its content (excluding any third-party software or tools we’ve used). We may display your website in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
8. Cancellations
You can choose to cancel the project after work has started, and it will not affect you whatsoever, but if this was spelt out on agreement that you cannont cancel the project after it has started, then you may be responsible for payment for the work completed up to that point. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
9. Website Maintenance
Ongoing maintenance is not included unless specifically agreed upon. If you need us to make updates or monitor your site after launch, we can offer a maintenance plan for an additional fee.
10. Limitation of Liability
While we take great care in building your website, we are not liable for any loss of income, business interruption, or other damages resulting from your website use. We do not guarantee third-party services or uptime.
11. Privacy & Data
We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may collect limited data for project purposes but never share or sell your information without your consent.
12. Agreement
